⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m extremely thankful for coming across Cameron on Instagram and making the leap to start working with her. I have never been this consistent with working out and eating healthy in my life. This experience has changed my outlook on being healthy completely & I honestly can never look back. These last 6 weeks have been nothing but growth for me mentally & physically. I look forward to going to the gym every day and I also look forward to continue to push myself now that I have completely the challenge. I hope to work with Cameron again in the future and I will recommend her to anybody I know!
Sydney - 6 week challenge
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I feel really grateful for Cameron. There’s honestly so much to say in this post. I’m grateful for someone like her to create well thought out, manageable, challenging, independent exercises that 1) feel like you’re accomplishing something 2) work the whole body in a balanced way 3) actually work. I was confident in Cameron once I visited her page and understood she backs her work with science and results. Prior to this 6 week challenge, I have been struggling with being a consistent gym goer. Now, if I don’t go, I’m lost without it. Routine is everything. This challenge has really helped me tune into my body, my needs, and what I want for my life. Not only have I truly fallen in love with taking care of, but also I’m motivated to keep going. Cameron has always been a light of positivity shining through this whole experience and she never falters. I strongly recommend working with Cameron (I’m going to keep working with her) and engaging in a challenge or fitness routine! It literally is the cure for mind, body and soul. Thank you Cameron did this experience!
Arielle - 6 week challenge
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would always go to the gym but i would never know what exactly to do and always had such bad “gymtimidation” when i went. Cameron gave me clear and easy to follow work outs that made me feel confident at the gym and kicked my butt at the same time. Cameron was always so nice and helpful and i always felt i could reach out to her in any way if i ever needed help! This also helped me control what i was eating and opening me up to tons of new foods i didn’t even know i loved! Cameron is the absolute best, 10/10 would recommend.
Nathalie - 4 Week Nutrition and Workout
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, easy to learn and follow workouts. Realistic macros. Great coach! HIIT workouts were a bit confusing for me at first, I didn’t understand if the “burnout” parts of the workouts were suppose to be that or not. If someone is doing a HIIT workout having one given to me would have been better instead of me searching online and trying find something reputable. Also maybe expand the healthy grocery list or link some recipes on there, if you’re not normally a healthy eater it seems like options are very limited when you read it for the first time considering there’s only really like 20 things on there and kind of scares you into ‘wow I can’t really eat anything.’

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely loved working with Cameron! She’s a great person to work with, extremely accommodating, and very organized! Due to me living extremely far from her, we made sure to have very open ended conversations – so we were very honest with one another! She was always there to answer all my questions and just random comments I would make about my fitness journey. Would 10/10 recommend her, and would love to work with her again 🙂
